Vehicles are supplied with fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level. Fuel costs are not included in the hire price. Where refuelling is required, the cost of fuel plus a £5 service charge will be applied.
Every 24-hour hire comes with 150 miles included. Any miles over this are charged at 24p per mile — clear, straightforward pricing with no surprises.
All hires include fully comprehensive insurance as standard. A standard damage excess applies, with the option to reduce your liability by adding a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of booking. We’ll explain your options clearly, with no pressure — just added peace of mind if the unexpected happens.
Want to share the driving? Additional drivers can be added for £15 per person, per hire.
Each additional driver must attend at pick-up and provide a full UK driving licence and National Insurance number for licence checks.
Need to change your plans? That’s fine. For most vehicles, cancellations are free with 24 hours’ notice. Just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll take care of it.
